Nshima is kinda not my favorite thing, I think. But the other stuff is amazing. There’s some chicken in a sauce that is very tasty.
Is nshima some kind of pan-African thing? Growing up in honkeyvillewhiteytown this is very new to me. I was told this area is called Little Ethiopia but the flag on the wall with the eagle on the green background is… Zambia I think?
Anyone familiar with African cuisine want to give me some pointers?
