West Wing netflix, $5 champagne, Chinese takeaway and the special dude are having a very tumblr new years with me.

actually, I feel more in control than I have in a long time. I have a wonderful dude lying in bed next to me. I have a job that needs me more than I need them. I have two of the best friends I could ever ask for and who buoy my spirits. Things are pretty darn good.

I feel like everyone ~else’s~ lives are out of control and I wish I could do more to help them.
