But your butt is my favourite butt. It’s the nicest butt. Because it’s mine. And I can touch it.

I’m kind of done with Doctor Who, and wouldn’t mind if this season was their last. So far Clara is super boring as a character beyond just the puzzle of what she is. And I’ve learned by now not to scry too much on the large number of “clues” scattered around, because by the season end the payoff will be largely devoid of connections to most of these, will usually be remarkably facile, and will be generally disappointing. Every season now is just a grander and larger space-whale to jump, with yet another meaningless reset button at the end. After how good the first Matt Smith season was, to watch it just slide so quickly away from that is heartache.
