The Sending Diplomat remix ft. Nicki Minaj & Lulu peaked at #3 on Zanarkand Heatseakers Top 40 so it was definitely a breakthrough release for her yes.
I like to this after this Lulu got sick of making generic Yevon music and joined a band with Paine and slayed the Spiran underground scene TBH.
