The point of this cover is that it shows a woman who has been romantically or sexually connected to each of the members of Marvel’s Illuminati (with Sue Storm apparently doing double duty as wife of Reed Richards and obsession of Namor), compare this cover that it is referencing. It might be helpful to mirror it to see how their positions line up but Lillandra was a lover of Charles Xavier, Iron Man hooked up with Madam Masque, Clea and Stephen Strange were lovers, Medusa is the wife of Black Bolt, and then as I mentioned there is Sue Storm where Reed and Namor are standing.
