I thought about this one for a good long while. It’s been well established that spidey can defeat electro (time and again) by overloading him. I think it’s a little dumb if your power is electricity and your weakness is electricity.
I see this as being an absolutely brutal battle between two offensive powerhouses with no defensive capability. Whoever is on the offense is going to pretty much raep the other. In the end, I see neither one walking away from this fight.
