I’ve seen most of the movie/miniseries stuff taht’s out there, and now i guess i want to read the books. it’s a pretty complex and interesting universe, so, kudos frank herbert.
point is, i need a nap.
The first two books are very good, but they can be intimidating due to the density of the lore and language. You might be spending a large amount of time in the appendices because Herbert doesn’t do a great job of giving exposition organically.
