It’s a program (which I don’t actually use), that converts equianalgesic doses of opiates. It’s illustrating that today is the day in my rotation where I have to switch from dulaudid to vicodin to reduce tolerance. This is by far the worst of the transitions and usually leaves me feeling sick for a day.
